These Terms govern access to nangabrands.com and purchases from Nanga Brands. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Checkout information must be complete and accurate, and you must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Acceptable Use

Products and Production Variations

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, options, prices, and size information. Minor differences in color, placement, stitching, texture, measurements, or finish may occur within reasonable production tolerances.

Many products are made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Personalized Content

Customers are responsible for spelling, dates, numbers, image quality, and other submitted details. By submitting content, you confirm that it is lawful and that you own it or have permission to use it.

We may reject content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsuitable for production.

Order Acceptance

Submitting checkout does not guarantee final acceptance. We may hold, refuse, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, product unavailability, unlawful content, shipping restrictions, or abusive conduct.

If an accepted charge is canceled by us, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are in USD unless another currency is clearly displayed. Checkout may include products, shipping, discounts, and taxes. International duties or import fees may be collected separately.

Payment providers may perform authorization, security, identity, and fraud checks.

Cancellations and Changes

Requests must be submitted promptly. Because production may start quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. The Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy controls eligibility.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for a complete delivery address. Multiple products may ship separately. The Shipping Policy contains the applicable charges, destinations, and estimates.

Refunds and Returns

Eligibility depends on the product, reason, evidence, condition, and reporting period. Products must not be returned without written authorization.

Intellectual Property

The Nanga Brands name, logo, original text, graphics, photographs, website layout, and original designs may be protected by intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use does not grant a right to reproduce, sell, publish, license, or commercially exploit protected materials.

Customer Reviews and Feedback

Content submitted for publication must be lawful and genuine. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, format, reproduce, and use public reviews or similar submissions in connection with the website, products, customer service, and marketing.
